Our CSR model is built on four pillars: People, Planet, Community and Governance. By integrating these values into our daily operations, we create a lasting impact both inside and outside our organization.
People
We understand that a thriving business starts with engaged and motivated employees. That’s why we invest in professional growth, leadership development, and a culture of inclusion. When employees feel valued and empowered, they bring their best selves to work—driving innovation, collaboration, and exceptional customer experiences.
Community
We believe in giving back to the communities that support us. Through volunteer programs, over 2400 allocated paid service hours, charitable partnerships, and local initiatives, we actively invest in organizations that support health and human services, enhance educational opportunities, and respect the environment in our communities across the Mid-Atlantic.
Governance
We think, act and respond like owners. With regular Owners Update meetings, we maintain transparency. We're continuing and expanding our trainings for MOI leaders and creating a review process for vendor sustainability performance, ensuring sustainably thoughtful outcomes for our clients. Our CSR advisory board guides direction and evaluates impact.
