Akin Gump decided to relocate to a newly renovated trophy building on K Street NW. Concurrently, the firm elected to establish a satellite Capitol Hill outpost for its public law and policy group. Both new offices were designed with a focus on providing modern comforts and optimal flexibility for Akin Gump’s clients, attorneys, and staff.
MOI worked with Gensler to fine-tune typical designs to align with budget objectives, assisted in curating ancillary solutions, participated in design committee presentations and tours, and worked with partners to identify and implement their unique requirements. Collaborating with Gensler and *rand, MOI’s project management team integrated furniture coordination and all scheduling and installation planning into the process from the early stages to ensure a successful experience.
