Virginia Tech TLOS

Virginia Tech’s Technology-Enhanced Learning and Online Strategies (TLOS) Department sought to add 28 free-standing offices in their space. MOI’s specialized Interior Construction Team collaborated with Virginia Tech, TKA Architects, and Teresa Ko Commercial Interiors to provide a product solution that would meet the accelerated schedule and provide ultimate flexibility.

As a growing department, they needed a solution that could adapt to their needs now and in the future without the hassle of coordinating multiple subcontractors for renovations. On-site for only seven days, our installation team worked closely with other project vendors to fit furniture properly in each office, including accommodating electrical capabilities. Our team completed this project in less than six months.
