MOI (then American Office) partnered with the TSA Headquarters to install new KI Genius offices and then were asked to reconfigure them to showcase the flexibility. Thanks to factory-assembled, unitized panels— comprised of just three core components (ceiling track, assembled panel, and trim)—our team was able to complete the reconfiguration in less than eight hours during a regular business day. The tilt-up/tilt-down installation process, paired with plug-and-play modular power, enabled a fast, flexible solution with minimal disruption to TSA’s operations.

By consolidating multiple trades into a single, all-inclusive wall system— including panels, doors, hardware, finished surfaces, modular power, and even factory-applied window film—KI Genius walls delivered significant savings in both time and cost compared to conventional fixed construction. Through the reuse and relocation of existing wall panels, doors, and power, MOI achieved an estimated 25–40% savings while providing TSA with a scalable interior construction solution designed for adaptability and long-term value.
