Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) sought to relocate their headquarters and create a welcoming experience that mirrored the feeling the nonprofit has provided for its viewers for over fifty years.

MOI partnered with OTJ Architects and key stakeholders throughout an extensive workplace strategy process to understand the desired functionality, flexibility, and aesthetic of the organization. MOI developed a furniture package to support a variety of seating postures that invite agile working, which integrated PBS’s brand colors. To ensure employee wellness, our team specified height-adjustable workstations with low panels allowing light to protrude into the perimeter of private offices that feature a two-person meeting table. Additionally, MOI specified ancillary solutions for small theater spaces, large conference rooms, huddle rooms, lounge areas, and cafes to provide ample opportunities for collaboration.
