Heidrick and Struggles
RELOCATION | 10,500SF | WASHINGTON, DC
When Heidrick & Struggles relocated their Washington, D.C. office from Penn Avenue to M Street, the goal was clear: create a workplace that would inspire employees to return to the office through flexibility, hospitality, and elevated client experience.
Partnering with OTJ Architects, MOI helped bring the vision to life across a 10,500-square-foot workplace designed around collaboration, openness, and hospitality-driven conferencing. The space features thoughtfully curated furnishings from MillerKnoll, Herman Miller, Davis, and stunning DatesWeiser conference solutions that elevate the client experience.
Through hands-on collaboration, detailed renderings, and proactive project management, MOI helped the client visualize possibilities and navigate decisions with confidence. The project was completed ahead of schedule, with challenges addressed quickly and seamlessly before they could impact the experience.
The result is a refined, hospitality-inspired workplace that reflects the firm’s culture, supports modern workstyles, and leaves a lasting impression on both employees and clients.
