Confidential Law Firm

Gensler and MOI collaborated to furnish and modernize the Confidential Law Firm’s new workspace, embodying the design principle of “a place where you want to be.” The project focused on infusing the space with a dramatic hospitality ambiance while addressing budgetary constraints without compromising quality and aesthetics.

The project centered on creating an inviting and dynamic environment by incorporating natural light, living greenery, and interior garden spaces that foster connection and respite. Notable features include two signature lounges—one tailored for attorneys and another designed for early-career professionals, offering healthy food choices and treetop views. The overall design emphasized climate resilience, embedded technology, and a seamless blend of work and wellness.

MOI played a crucial role in adapting the furnishings to align with the envisioned aesthetic while navigating financial constraints. To maintain visual cohesion and functionality, MOI strategically reused seating, complemented existing furniture, and provided flexible layout solutions. They also contributed to the outdoor spaces and ensured that centralized meeting areas, the café, and the prominent K Lounge supported various modes of collaboration, from relaxation to business interactions.

Despite initial grander architectural plans, the project successfully delivered a tranquil, modernized corporate environment. Through thoughtful design and strategic furnishing decisions, Gensler and MOI transformed a challenging period into an opportunity for the law firm to enhance the quality of work and life for its attorneys and staff.
