The Choice Hotels International Headquarters was a collaborative effort between MOI/MillerKnoll, Savills, HYL Architecture, and rand* construction, delivering a state-of-the-art, multifunctional workspace in North Bethesda. Spanning 105,000 SF across six floors in a newly built Class A building, the project seamlessly combined high-quality design with a fast-tracked construction schedule. Through strategic base building modifications and extensive programming, the team helped Choice Hotels create a sophisticated headquarters, tailored to their brand's ethos of creating comfortable places that connect people through hospitality. 

With amenity-rich spaces thoughtfully designed for collaboration, efficiency and evolution, the new headquarters empowers staff to perform at their best—enhancing their ability to serve guests and hotel owners alike. This outstanding project was also honored with an ABC Excellence in Construction Award for Best Interiors, a testament to the seamless partnership and shared commitment to excellence by all involved.
