MOI collaborated with sshape and Orr Partners, in partnership with rand* Construction and Transwestern brokerage, to deliver the full-floor buildout of American Clean Power’s new headquarters in the landmark Warner Building in Washington, DC. Charged with creating a workspace that reflects ACP’s leadership in the clean energy sector, MOI’s team played a critical role in furnishing the office with high-quality workspaces that aligned with the project’s budget, aesthetic and functional goals.

The space is a bold, layered and sustainable environment designed to enhance the ACP brand identity and to improve connection and collaboration. In addition to effective workspaces, the office includes a state-of-the-art conferencing center, executive spaces, adaptable meeting rooms layered with technology, and a large communal cafe to promote connection and teamwork. Through thoughtful planning and strategic sourcing, MOI helped ACP achieve a dynamic, high-performing workspace.
