    MOI’s Response to COVID-19

MOI’s showrooms in Baltimore, DC, Richmond, and Virginia Beach are closed until further notice.

To our clients, partners, colleagues, and friends:

As we continue to monitor the evolving situation with COVID-19, we are dedicated to the health and well-being of our clients, partners, employees, and communities.  In this difficult time, our strength comes from how we care for each other.

Effective today, MOI’s showrooms in Baltimore, DC, Richmond, and Virginia Beach are closed until further notice.

We have been actively utilizing remote workplace strategies for several years, preparing all of our employees for remote work. Our teams are now working remotely and holding virtual client meetings where possible. We are also hosting virtual internal meetings to consistently check in with our employees to ensure a smooth transition during this time.

All of our facilities have been, or are scheduled to be, professionally cleaned.

Our warehouse distribution facilities are currently still receiving product, making deliveries when possible, and safely completing projects at this time.  Our distribution teams are practicing social distancing and all of the recommended hygiene habits suggested by the CDC and WHO.

If you have any questions or concerns, please email or call 443.780.2008.

We will continue to share updates via email and social media to effectively communicate MOI’s plans as the situation progresses.

“Thank you as always for your continued support.  Stay safe.  Take care of each other.  We will get through this together.”
