MOI is committed to the safety of our clients, partners, employees, and communities as we begin returning to the workplace.
In response to the global pandemic, MOI closed our showrooms, utilized company-wide teleworking, and hosted virtual internal and external meetings to ensure the health and safety of our clients, partners, employees, and communities.
During our time at home, MOI developed a team to strategically plan our own safe return to each of our showrooms. This team developed alternate work schedules, signage, sanitation protocols, product recommendations, and additional tips for returning safely to the workplace.
As we transition back to our showrooms, we are mindful that this situation is fluid. We encourage our employees and guests to provide feedback frequently to help maintain a safe, healthy, and collaborative environment.
