How do you think your project management background has helped you succeed in the management of MOI’s national accounts?
Project management allows you the opportunity to use a variety of skills such as planning, forecasting, budgeting, project oversight, client engagement, and follow-through. These skills prepared me to work on several national accounts of varying sizes, overseeing the activities of MOI team members from different departments. During each project, I would oversee the team’s activity and ensure that each of their roles were working within the guidelines of the project to meet the budget, timelines, client goals, and MOI standards.
What aspect of your new role are you most looking forward to?
As someone who has managed accounts for many years, I’m looking forward to helping define and develop a solid team of account managers at MOI. Together, we can continue to build relationships with our customers and grow strategic account business across the country.
What excites you the most about leading the development of this new team?
I’m incredibly excited to work with and get to know such a great group of account managers. They are all so talented! I’m looking forward to understanding and helping them achieve their professional goals while also maintaining their work-life balance – something we all want!
How do you think this department will help MOI clients?
I think having a dedicated account management team will allow us to maintain even better relationships with our clients. Our team will help clients long-term as they grow and evolve, keeping tabs on their changing needs for their space, or even if they are ready to move to a new location. It’s a way for us to keep building on a solid foundation for years to come.
What activities do you enjoy outside of the office?
I love traveling around the US and have a personal goal to hit all 50 states and see as much of it as I can. I’m also a die-hard Buffalo Bills fan born and raised in Buffalo, New York. GO BILLS!
