CoreNet Global’s Mid-Atlantic Chapter hosted their 2020 Awards of Excellence on October 15th to celebrate excellence in Corporate Real Estate. MOI’s Director of Business Development was selected as this year’s Young Leadership Award Winner.
A lifelong connector of people, Brian cultivates long-term relationships with clients, real estate brokers, project managers, and designers across the region. With his industry experience, Brian is a trusted business leader with extensive knowledge of the real estate and design landscape, and his positive outlook and ambition brings an energy to both MOI and his clients that ensures an exceptional experience and successful outcome. Brian began as a Business Development Manager at MOI, “and through his tenacity and commitment to negotiating business, was promoted to Director of Business Development in less than 2 years” says Vice President of Sales, Susan Lee. She continues to say Brian is a “solid contributor to advancing our corporate culture and establishing our brand in the DC market” where he has “built a strong reputation as a trusted advisor.” Brian’s dedication to helping others extends through his involvement in industry organizations. He participates in several groups including, but not limited to, CoreNet, CREBA, DCA Live, LFVA, and JDRF. A CoreNet member and mentor for other young leaders, Brian has been actively involved in the Young Leaders Committee, Membership Committee, and Special Events Committee as the Co-Chair. As a member of CREBA, Brian partnered with industry experts to educate other CREBA members on the project process from site selection to completion. Brian was also part of a small group honored last year as 2019 DCA Live NextGen Real Estate Leaders for his display as an “emerging real estate talent… who are creating value and paving the way for continued growth in the region.” Brian is an outstanding partner to his coworkers, clients, and community, always seeking to exceed expectations and provide an unmatched level of service. True leadership is found in those that put the needs of their colleagues and communities above their own, and Brian is truly a leader in our industry.
