GHT Limited

In 2024, MOI partnered with Gensler to reconfigure GHT Limited’s 9,000 SF office in Arlington, a space the firm originally relocated to in 2013 to foster an open-plan, collaborative environment. With a renewed lease and a long-term commitment to the space, GHT sought to update its workplace to better align with modern hybrid needs and post-pandemic collaboration. The renovation supported GHT’s transition to a hoteling model, reducing workstation count and repurposing space for flexible use, while also integrating the firm’s bold 2024 rebrand as it approaches its 60th anniversary. Central to the refresh was the transformation of the lobby into The Hub, a dynamic gathering space designed for meetings, educational sessions, and informal collaboration.

Sustainability played a central role in the reconfiguration, with the project designed to achieve LEED Platinum certification (pending) and FitWel 1 Star certification for occupant health and well-being. To further minimize impact, existing furniture and carpet tiles were repurposed, and carbon offsets were purchased to support net zero goals. The result is a modernized, high-performance workplace that fosters collaboration, strengthens employee engagement, and reflects GHT’s long-standing commitment to sustainability and innovation.
