NSF’s key objectives for the new headquarters included flexibility and sustainability. Rather than utilizing the traditional design-build process with drywall, NSF used modular construction for the entire build-out. This construction method allowed for a flexible and future-proof space while expediting the design and installation. Utilizing innovative technology, our team showed real-time 3D fly-throughs, providing NSF with a clear visual representation of their future workspace before construction even began. Once construction started, DIRTT’s prefabricated solutions reduced the general contractor’s overall schedule, allowing an accelerated move-in date.

Along with the DIRTT solutions, MOI provided Kimball workstations and private offices, as well as ancillary furniture including Keilhauer, Leland, and David Edwards. By building with modular construction, NSF achieved their sustainability goals and are prepared to tackle future changes through their flexible interior.
