Located in the heart of downtown Charlottesville, Quad-C, a private equity and wealth management firm, wanted to relocate their office headquarters into a new 30,000 square foot space that would foster ingenuity, productivity, and collaboration, all while working in a beautiful, new workplace.

MOI and SMBW orchestrated a smooth relocation for Quad-C, by curating solutions from Knoll and Global Furniture Group. Designed with wellness in mind, the space includes height adjustable workstations across the floorplate, a multi-purpose room optimized for flexibility, and an outdoor terrace to enhance the client and employee experience. A centralized café incorporates diverse seating arrangements and styles to cater to both formal gatherings and casual lunchtime meetings, thereby enhancing connections.
