Teaching Strategies

Teaching Strategies sought to create an open-floor plan that would reflect their collaborative culture and passion for continuous learning. Working closely with Gensler and Teaching Strategies, MOI assisted in designing a space that includes both private and public work spaces, meeting rooms, and lounge spaces.

MOI incorporated height-adjustable desks throughout the workspace to promote the company’s goal for an ergonomic environment. The main gathering space, nicknamed “The Heart,” provides a large, open area for eating, socializing, and company-wide events. Casual huddle and gathering spaces are dispersed throughout to encourage continued connection and collaboration among staff as they advance the company’s mission and vision.
