Shift, an automotive retail platform located in downtown Richmond, sought to create a dynamic and engaging workspace that fosters collaboration and innovation. To accomplish this vision, they engaged the expertise of MOI and Hickok Cole to redesign their 30,000 sq. ft. headquarters. To meet Shift’s vision for an adaptable workspace, the team opted for Knoll and SitOnIt solutions, ranging from modular workstations, ergonomic seating, height-adjustable desks, and various ancillary to help bring Shift’s vision to life.

The partnership between MOI and Hickok Cole showcased the power of effective collaboration, strategic planning, and creative problem solving. Despite the challenges of COVID-19, tight scheduling, and budget constraints, the teams delivered an outstanding result that exceeded the client’s expectations, standing as a testament to the importance of adaptability, ingenuity, and cooperation.
