Libbie Mill Midtown

MOI worked with Hickok Cole to create a functional and comfortable clubhouse for tenants at the newly constructed Libbie Mill Midtown community. The shared space was designed to have both a residential and commercial feel in the hopes that it would draw tenants for all their needs: a quick hangout, group gatherings, or for possible corporate events.

The space is multifaceted, including a kitchen, dining area, lounge spaces, and smaller dining and activity areas. MOI also provided solutions for the outdoor space that include additional dining areas, lounge chairs, in-pool lounge chairs, and bar height tables.
