    After more than two decades in their Timonium space, First Financial Federal Credit Union relocated their headquarters to Sparks, Maryland. Joining the project team in 2019, MOI worked closely with First Financial and Gensler to provide solutions that meshed with the progressive design of their new build-out.

    With the goal of expanding their footprint, First Financial sought to create a collaborative space for staff. To support this initiative, MOI incorporated flexible and ergonomic solutions including height-adjustable workstations, glass stackers for natural light, and a variety of seating options for impromptu meetings. Working closely with the entire project team from the start ensured an exceptional experience for First Financial.
