Curio Wellness, a pioneering medical cannabis company, sought to establish a state-of-the-art headquarters in Towson that aligned with their commitment to sustainability and employee well-being. MOI and ARK Design collaborated closely with Curio with a design concept that not only fostered productivity and creativity, but also adhered to LEED certification standards, ensuring a green and eco-friendly workspace. MOI selected a range of furniture solutions from Herman Miller, Enwork, SitOnIt, OFS, and others to create a cohesive and compelling workspace with workstations, private offices, and support spaces, to name a few.

Despite the challenges of scheduling and navigating through the COVID-19 pandemic, the teams delivered a compelling and eco-conscious environment that reflected Curio Wellness’s values and mission, creating a workplace that inspires growth and fosters employee satisfaction.
