Cassidy & Associates

Cassidy & Associates’ new office expansion was envisioned to achieve more than an updated and cutting edge office design, but to serve as a competitive tool for client engagement and talent retention. Conceived by Gensler in a striking monochrome palette, the design was punctuated with pops of kelly green and select organic elements, providing a softening effect to the angular architectural design and the black and white contrasting finishes.

In addition to providing all of the private office, meeting space, and ancillary product, Gensler challenged MOI to develop an open office environment that utilized a non-traditional product solution versus a typical systems panel product, with the objective being to achieve a low-horizon, more modern look for the administrative layouts. MOI conceived a unique casegood solution with Knoll that integrated Gensler’s desired design details, customizing power and AV cavities to support the desks.
