Capital One’s space needed to adapt to constant change without compromising performance. From the start, it was clear that the planning requirements would be best served with an immersive workplace that is highly flexible.

Leveraging Knoll research on coworking and incubator spaces, MOI worked closely with Capital One and SMBW Architects to understand their vision for this unconventional workspace. Our designers suggested using furniture solutions that are easily reconfigured to adapt as the needs of the space evolve. Utilizing Knoll’s Rockwell Unscripted provided separation within the space, without closing it off completely. Using warm tones and clean lines, our team selected furniture pieces that celebrate the history of the building while still creating a modern aesthetic that can support various work styles and event types.
