Appian, a global leader in enterprise technology markets, was looking to revitalize their 200,000 SF Northern Virginia headquarters, with the goal of creating an environment that supports innovation, collaboration, and employee satisfaction. To achieve Appian’s objectives, MOI and CallisonRTKL utilized Knoll furniture solutions, such as height-adjustable desks and versatile seating, to create a seamless blend of aesthetics and functionality, while also incorporating open workspaces, collaborative hubs, and breakout areas, encouraging spontaneous interactions and idea exchange.

The MOI and CallisonRTKL teams successfully reimagined Appian’s headquarters into a fulfilling work environment, one where collaboration and innovation are key factors in its design.
