As part of 2U’s headquarters relocation, MOI partnered with Gensler to create an open floor plan to further support 2U’s culture of openness, collaboration, and diversity.

MOI utilized open plan benching workstations throughout the space, incorporating sufficient storage for staff. Bullpen-style huddle rooms were designed to be conveniently located near the workstations to encourage collaboration among staff. The new space includes a large conference room for formal meetings and a breakroom for staff to connect and engage with one another in a comfortable and collaborative environment.

MOI continues to work with 2U on their offices nationwide. Locations include Denver, CO, Brooklyn, NY, Los Angeles, CA, and Chapel Hill, NC.
