This year, MOI celebrates its 40th anniversary, and earlier this week, David Noel announced an exciting transition for the company he has been a part of for 30 years.
“The last three years have prepared us to be more agile, flexible, and innovative than ever. We have proven that we have the intelligence and ingenuity to navigate change quickly and creatively.”
– David Noel, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, said to MOI’s 300 employees
David Noel will shift to Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board to focus on what’s next for MOI. This structural change is influenced by ever-changing market trends, digital transformation and technology advances, and the necessity to establish an organization that is positioned for continued success.
Dave Corsones will take over as MOI’s President. Dave has dedicated his entire career to learning the nuances of the commercial real estate industry and has vast experience with MillerKnoll, most recently leading the East Area Sales team of more than 50 employees and over $350 Million in Sales across 21 states. After joining MOI in November of 2021, he has spent countless hours understanding the inner workings of MOI, guiding a successful acquisition of a former competitor, and will now lead MOI’s Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Project Execution teams.
“I am honored for the opportunity to be entrusted with the care of 300 MOI employee-owners. I am really excited that we will have additional voices at the table.”
– Dave Corsones, President
Susan Lee is pursuing a new role at MOI as Vice President of Diverse Partnerships. Susan’s passion for inclusivity has led her to focus on developing strategic partnerships with diverse companies and advancing underrepresented organizations in their business growth across our Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC markets. This aligns with the company’s pledge for action made with CREW to advance women and diversity, equity, and inclusion in the commercial real estate industry.
Over the past two years, MOI has invested in DEI training for every employee to support our efforts of creating a diverse work environment, promoting equitable opportunities within our company, and being inclusive in our approach to business. Susan’s new role further supports MOI’s commitment to making meaningful changes in our communities.
“There is so much power in our different experiences, perspectives, and communities. I am thrilled about this new journey.”
