BLANKET PURCHASE ORDERS
MOI accepts Blanket Purchase Orders for services which are repetitive in nature or recur numerous times in a finite period. This order type maximizes administrative savings.

 

 

OPEN MARKET ITEMS
MOI can assist with the procurement of any Open-Market item that may be needed for an individual project. These items are known as incidental items, non-contract items, and items not offered on a federal supply contract.

 

SIN 712-1: Project Management
MOI Project Management team provides comprehensive support for the design, reconfiguration, relocation and increasing / downsizing of office space and similar facilities. Project feasibility is determined by space forecasting and building analysis. MOI services include the interior design and configuration of the assets.

 

 

SIN 712-4: Furniture Design / Layout
Services for inclusive furniture consultations, interior design and product specifications.  MOI’s designers will identify and analyze the customer’s agency overall space and furniture requirements, space standards, and functional office environment, work flow and any special space or structure requirements.
