Environmental Commitment

From project kick-off we make our partners aware of the intent to pursue LEED certification and the dedication required to specify sustainable furniture solutions.

MOI has worked on numerous LEED projects and takes measures to ensure we are accountable for waste reduction measures. For all MOI projects our installation crews dispose of product wrappings, cardboard, and wooden pallets through a managed recycling process.

Every year MOI removes more than 50 tons of cardboard packaging materials, and hundreds of pounds of aluminum and plastic from the waste stream.

MOI can prepare waste disposal and transportation management plans with our installers and on-site Project Managers for many projects.
