MOI has an extensive history of consulting with government agencies at federal, state and local levels on furniture procurement, installation, design, space planning, project management, and asset management solutions through our Comprehensive Furniture Management Services Contract – GS-29F-0030R. This contract includes:

• SIN 712-2 – Asset Management
• SIN 712-4 – Design / Layout

Our GSA team is highly knowledgeable and very familiar with all federal government facility expectations and the procurement processes. Many of our project designers and installation personnel hold clearance to help furnish secure facilities.

MOI’s Packaged Office Contract gives MOI the ability to hold GSA contracts that allow teaming with multiple manufacturers. Our partners for the initial offering include Knoll, Kimball, National, AIS and Hon. For special projects that require multiple manufacturers, MOI acts as the teaming agent, providing our GSA clients with an important cost-saving opportunity by issuing only one purchase order.
