The discussion and Q&A session will focus on three keys to a successful negotiation by examining the critical elements of confidence, preparation and the willingness to walk away from the wrong opportunity. The discussion will also cover the ten most common mistakes that women make in negotiating plus details on how to convince, collaborate and create an agreement that works for all parties.

About the Author
Jessica Miller joined Cushman & Wakefield’s McLean, Virginia office as a Director in 2008 after eight years as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with Grubb & Ellis Company. She specializes in corporate tenant representation services throughout the Washington, DC region. Jessica holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University and is a graduate of Virginia Tech’s Honors Program with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
